Apple pie

Hello everyone!

Today the recipe is dedicated to apple lovers and also those who don't know it yet. Even if you are not too much interested in the mix of fruits and sweets, it will surprise you pleasantly. Some kind of healthy indulgence.
It's a feast for the eyes, isn't it? Easier to prepare than you're thinking right now... So, ready, steady, go!

Ingredients:

First of all, we start crushing the biscuits (Marie or petit beurre kind) and mix it with the butter, which previously was melted in microwave. If you have puff pastry, you can skip this step, Cover the loose mould with baking paper and put the mixture inside. To prevent a leak when you will baking the pie, cover the mould with aluminiun foil, only outside.

Meanwhile, turn on the oven at 190ºC. Now it's the cream turn. Put the three eggs in a wide bowl. Add three chopped apples, sugar, milk and flour. Mix them vigorously with a hand blender. Pour the liquid into the mould. The other three apples will used in decoration. So, peel them, remove the cores and cut into slices. To make the glaze, mix three spoons apricot jam with one of water and  pour the glaze over the top.
Bake it around 1h at 190ºC and let cool. Ta-daah!
